Seeking a proactive, technical expert in the world of industrial maintenance. We are looking for a hands-on manager. Someone who takes an instructional approach to managing the team. Sashco develops and manufactures innovative and high-performance sealants, caulks, and stains. Making sure that our production team is able to produce by ensuring that the machines are working and are optimized is the key to success in this role. We are a third-generation family-owned, professionally operated company based in Thornton, Colorado. We are dedicated to delivering products that work and, more importantly, to running the company in a way that honors people.
What you will do:
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance and repairs
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and make needed repairs
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians and provide guidance and support
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and inventory
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime
- Develop and manage the maintenance budget, including cost control measures
Qualifications
We want to hear from you if you have:
- Strong knowledge of maintenance management principles and practices including experience using CMMS
- 5 years' experience in facilities management or industrial maintenance
- Demonstrated career progression including a minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience
- The ability to fabricate or repair equipment as needed
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- The ability to effectively manage a team of maintenance technicians
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
