Hiring Business Office Manager for busy skilled nursing facilities. The position is full time and will be split between 2 of our facilities in Saugus and Danvers, MA.

- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that residents and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate environment which recognizes the residents’ needs and rights
- Maintain current resident and business files in an organized manner
- Maintain census daily in facility accounting system and update corporate census reports and balance every day
- Completed Medicaid applications as needed and follows up on pending applications to ensure case is approved for payment
- Completes deposits daily (check scanner and/or credit card payment processing) and posts cash in accounting system as well as reconciles cash daily
- Monthly Medicaid eligibility checks
- Oversight of front desk Executive Assistant
- Attend monthly Account Receivable aging reviews with Regional Business Office Manager and Administrator
- Resident trust oversight, resident cash distribution, monthly trust reconciliation
- Remains knowledgeable concerning revenue cycle, billing and collection guidelines and regulations as well as state and federal regulations pertaining to resident funds
- Detailed follow up on all account private and pending receivables. Makes collection calls and practices collection procedures
- Works closely with Regional Business Office Manager to identify collection issues and ensure that all Accounts Receivable goals are attained
- Weekly UR Medicare Meetings with facility department heads and weekly Medicaid Pending meeting with Regional Business Office Manager
- Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously through completion
- Maintain confidentiality of information
- Perform all other duties as requested
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Additional course work in business management or accounting preferred
- 1-2 years of demonstrated office management experience in skilled nursing preferred but willing to train the right candidate
