FUNCTION OF THE JOB
Assist the Athletics staff with general office processes while maintaining confidentiality of all student records.
Duties And Responsibilities
Data Entry / Typing
Filing/ Scanning
Shredding of documents/files
General office duties including answering the telephone and taking accurate concise messages.
Assisting students with general questions
Assist with mailings
Set-up and tear-down for on-campus sports events
Operate camera to film and take pictures of home sports events
Other duties as reasonably assigned by Athletics staff.
Essential Functions
Must be available evenings and Saturdays for home games
Must be able to lift and climb
Must be on time and dependable
Must be able to operate camera
Must display professionalism and confidentiality in all matters
Must be able to communicate by telephone on a daily basis.
Must be able to use computers.
Must be able to operate basic office equipment.
Must be able to provide and understand verbal/visual orders from supervisors.
PERSONAL INTERACTION
Daily contact with College personnel, faculty, students, and the general public in the routine performance of duties and departmental services.

Requirements
Federal Work-Study provides part-time jobs for undergraduate and graduate students with financial need, allowing them to earn money to help pay education expenses. The program encourages community service work and work related to the student's course of study. Students participating in the Federal Work Study Program are paid minimum wage and can work up to 20 hours per week. The student is not guaranteed a set number of hours per week. In order to qualify for the Federal Work Study Program the student must: ~ be enrolled half-time (or greater) at the College (half-time is 6cr for fall/spring and 3cr for summer),
be enrolled in an eligible degree or certificate program,
be in good academic standing; and
must have eligibility (financial need) as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
