Position Overview:
We are seeking an Appointment Setter to actively engage with homeowners in targeted neighborhoods to set up appointments for free roofing inspections and estimates. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys face-to-face interactions and has a passion for customer service. Your efforts will directly contribute to generating leads and helping our sales team grow the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads by gathering information about the homeowner's roofing needs, answering questions, and offering our services.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule roofing consultations and inspections for the sales team based on homeowner interest and availability.
- Engagement: Build rapport with homeowners and educate them about the benefits of roofing inspections and the importance of roof maintenance.
- Data Collection: Accurately document leads, appointments, and homeowner information in our CRM system to ensure follow-up and tracking.
- Follow-Up: Ensure that appointments are confirmed, and address any questions or concerns prior to the scheduled meeting with the sales team.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align on scheduling and ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to the consultation process.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in canvassing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with homeowners and effectively present our services.
- Outgoing Personality: Comfort with approaching people and engaging in conversations, even with individuals who may initially be hesitant.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to track and organize leads and appointments efficiently.
