What You’ll Be Doing:
Work as an integral part of the AR team
Accurately post cash in our ERP system
Inquire on payments with missing remittance
Review and research unidentified payments
Send requests for updating payment method to ACH
Process debit/credit memos
Assist in the monthly revenue accrue and close process
Monitor and reinforce accounting processes and internal controls
Researches and resolves all unallocated payments within the established benchmarks
Responsibilities are not all-inclusive and may change based on the needs of the company
Requirements to Be Successful in This Position:
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, time management, organization with the ability to multi-task, good communication skills, and a professional demeanor
Experience in Accounts Receivables and/or Cash Applications
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to learn and utilize different software platforms
Assist in the development of efficient processes
Moderate to intermediate level expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), and Adobe PDF, or equivalent
Self-motivated and proactive
This position is primarily in an office setting. Currently on a Hybrid schedule. Three days in the office (Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday) and two working remotely (Tuesday & Friday).
Preferred Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent
2-5 years Accounts Receivable experience
2-5 years of Customer Service experience
Some college preferred – Business, accounting, management, finance, MIS
