Role Description
Warrior Group is expanding its service offerings and is seeking a highly skilled finance leader to build out and lead our Accounting and Controller Services divisions. This role is ideal for a CFO-level professional with deep technical accounting expertise and controller-level experience. The goal is to develop a scalable accounting segment that strengthens our ability to provide high-quality bookkeeping and controller services to our clients.
As the Head of Accounting & Controller Services, you will be instrumental in :
- Leading and developing the accounting and controller functions, building scalable processes
- Establishing the bookkeeping and controller services platform
- Overseeing financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Managing and optimizing AR / AP, bookkeeping, and automation-driven financial operations
- Implementing and overseeing financial systems and automation to streamline processes
- Providing strategic financial leadership, cash flow forecasting, and budgeting guidance
- Driving automation initiatives to improve efficiency in financial operations
- Collaborating with offshore and onshore accounting teams to ensure seamless service delivery
This remote, contract-based role is best suited for a seasoned finance executive who can operate both strategically and tactically—leading and executing at the controller level while also developing a robust accounting services business that strengthens our partnership with accounting firms.
