Savvy Staffing Solutions is seeking Machine Operators to join our team in Gardner
3 day weekend!
Schedule:
- Monday- Thursday
- 6PM- 6AM
- Temp-to-hire position
Position Summary:
We are looking for candidates with prior manufacturing experience (not warehouse work). This role involves machine operation and requires computer literacy to clock work orders into the system.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general labor duties, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials
- Assist with the assembly and fabrication of products
- Operate hand tools and power tools
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
- Operate forklifts or other machinery as needed
Experience:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment required (not warehouse)
- Mechanical knowledge and effective use of hand tools
- Familiarity with fabricating and assembling materials
- Forklift operation experience or willingness to learn
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
