Role: As a Process Optimization Consultant, you will join the Core Services squad responsible for establishing process optimization frameworks, tooling, and discipline across the firm. This role involves working closely with technology and business teams to develop solutions, products, and templates aligning to process optimization goals. The team also oversees governance, guidance materials, benefit tracking, and tool landscape management related to process optimization. Key responsibilities include developing solutions, communicating program strategy, coordinating deliverables, tracking, and reporting progress. Additionally, this role involves managing process optimization tool governance and architecture, supporting Marquee engagements, and providing facilitation and consulting support to drive efficiency goals. We are seeking an experienced professional with 10 years of experience in banking and financial services who has a deep understanding of process improvement capabilities and exposure to process management and automation tooling. Strong business analysis and business process management skills are required, along with executive presence, interpersonal, and communication skills to interact with senior stakeholders. Ability to gather and synthesize information from multiple stakeholder groups is essential. Bachelor's degree preferred.
