Responsibilities

Event Coordination : Assist in planning and executing promotional events for SB International Realty to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Venue Setup : Oversee the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring everything runs smoothly and meets company standards.

Vendor Management : Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and materials necessary for successful events.

On-Site Support : Provide support during events, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring a seamless experience for all attendees.

Client Interaction : Engage with clients and attendees to promote the company's offerings and to gather feedback for improvement.

Social Media Promotion : Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events on various social media platforms, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.

Requirement

Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field is a plus.

Experience : Prior experience in event planning, marketing, or advertising roles is preferred.

Organizational Skills : Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and detailed-oriented tasks efficiently.

Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present ideas and communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Interpersonal Skills : Strong collaboration skills and a positive attitude to work closely with diverse groups.

Work Ethic : Proactive and energetic, with a commitment to achieving excellence.

Flexibility : Ability to adapt to changing needs and work schedules, including some evenings and weekends for events.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with event management software.

Salary : $52,000 - $62,000
