Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the assisted living facility, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance with state regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance resident care and operational efficiency.
- Supervise staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of care are met.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate services for residents, including memory care and home care options.
- Monitor resident health and well-being, addressing any concerns or changes in condition promptly.
- Foster a positive community atmosphere by engaging residents in activities that promote social interaction and personal growth.
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports to ensure the facility operates within budgetary constraints.
Skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising staff in a healthcare or assisted living environment.
