About This Role
You’ll work closely with the GTM team (Go-To-Market team) to diligently follow-up with everyone from website visitors to strategic accounts. You’ll be engaging with potential customers, keeping our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database tools up to date, and advancing conversations with the goal of welcoming more customers into our community. You’ll drive both inbound and outbound sales efforts, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities through a balanced approach. This role will be in-person in New York or Toronto.

- Ability to manage the full sales cycle across multiple target customers
- You have a firm understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM platforms
- 2 years in sales operations/SDR in tech, fintech, enterprise, or ecommerce
- Proven track record with multiple forms of sales prospecting and achieving sales quotas
- High integrity

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
