The People Operations Manager provides support in payroll administration, office management, recruiting, benefits administration, and special projects.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Utilizes ADP TotalSource PEO platform to set up biweekly payroll and assist in benefits administration
- Assist with the full recruitment cycle and onboarding activities, including recruitment tracking and reporting
- Maintains office supplies and orders supplies as needed
- Manages onboarding and termination cycles for employees
- Review and maintain employee files in the PEO system
- Posting new positions on the recruiting website, and screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates for open positions
- Scheduling interviews and sending rejection letters as needed.
- Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
- Assist with daily operations of the Human Resources Department
- Ensure confidentiality with employment records and information.
- Maintain and update employee data, documents, and records.
- Complete HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Knowledge of payroll practices and payroll administration
- The ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of previous experience working in human resources
- Experience with ADP Totalsource PEO
Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
