Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Production, Product Development, Design, and Partnership teams to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Track and manage the entire lifecycle of product samples, including creation, revisions, and final approvals.
- Maintain and update project timelines, ensuring all milestones, deadlines, and key dates are met.
- Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional meetings, ensuring clear communication and documentation of action items.
- Ensure orders are placed on time with the planning team to ensure schedules are met.
- Monitor and track approvals for designs, samples, and final products, ensuring all necessary parties have signed off before proceeding.
- Support the team in managing partnerships, ensuring all deliverables and agreements are met on time.
- Identify potential risks or delays in projects and work with relevant teams to develop solutions to keep projects on track.
- Maintain organized project documentation, including schedules, meeting notes, and approval records.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, highlighting key milestones, risks, and opportunities.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Conduct post-project evaluations, analyzing success metrics and identifying areas for process improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Salary : $85,000 - $115,000
