DescriptionThe WIC Breastfeeding Peer Counselor (BFPC) is a paraprofessional support person whose main goal is to provide breastfeeding information, support, and encouragement to WIC pregnant and breastfeeding mothers.Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS : Education Required : High School diploma or GED preferred.License / Certification / Registration(s) Required : None.Experience / Skills Required : A minimum of six months of breastfeeding experience.
