OVERVIEW:
This position is responsible for the preparation and installation of fuel and lubricants tanks while also providing maintenance, installation and troubleshooting electric and pneumatic pumps.
Base Compensation for this role is $20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Operates company vehicle in accordance with company regulations, state and federal laws, and customer policies.
- Conducts assigned duties while following all proper safety procedures.
- Performs pre and post trip inspections of vehicles and reports all defects to the maintenance department.
- Cleaning, painting and prepping fuel and lubricants tanks
- Forklift operation
- Repair and update electronics as needed
- Troubleshoot various equipment failures at customer facilities
- Works responsibly with a minimum amount of supervision.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned by direct supervisor
Qualifications
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must have and maintain a current California commercial motor vehicle operator’s license (Class C, B, or A) with hazardous materials endorsements.
- Must be able to obtain a Transportation Workers Identification Card (TWIC)
- Requires the ability to read and speak English adequately to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals, to respond to official inquiries, to make entries on reports and records, and to adequately receive instructions from Management
- Understands state and federal regulations concerning hours worked and transporting hazardous materials and notifies company if potential violation may occur.
- Must understand basic plumbing, mechanical and electric repair
- Must have 2-4 years of experience working with electronics
- Must have 1-2 years of previous technician experience, industry experience preferred
- Must understand basic plumbing, mechanical and electric repair
- Must be able to troubleshoot
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds alone and over 75 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb up and down a ladder
- Ability to work around hazardous materials such as gasoline, diesel, paint, solvents, etc.
