ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide client assistance to assigned client base by phone, written correspondence, and/or in person as required or requested.
Communicate and provide assistance to production personnel to ensure timely and correct processing of client job orders.
Attend daily operations meeting to monitor and provide information essential to the processing of client job orders.
Assist Sales Executive with client relations before, during and after sales.
Work closely with Sales Executive regarding the daily production schedule of activities as well as informing them on issues regarding clients.
Consults independently with clients regarding design and processing of mail piece within an established timeframe.
Process and enter estimates for assigned client base and new prospects.
Process and enter incoming job orders for assigned client base and new prospect.
Monitor and follow-up on client job order processing with production personnel.
Sign-off and approve production job packets for order processing.
Sign-off and approve job orders for invoicing.
Based on job specifications, can identify estimates or job orders that need modified pricing with approval from Client Services Manager, Procurement Manager or upper management.
Authorized to create purchase orders and make purchases following a defined purchasing process.
Follow Client Service initiative programs with intent to build relationships and grow business. Must have purchases approved by the Client Services Manager and adhere to reporting procedures to measure effectiveness of program.
Schedule and lead monthly/quarterly/bi-annual/annual client meetings as requested by client or Sales Executive. The Client Services Manager or Client Service Supervisor may attend. The Client Services Manager or Client Service Supervisor must attend a Quarterly Business Review
Schedule and lead internal Kick Off Meetings as defined by Kick Off process.
Schedule and lead lunch/dinner outings with Client.
Mentor CSR’s as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Successful completion of MDP test. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, with emphases on Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Must have a strong knowledge and understanding of the company and industry to include the following: · Bindery Process· Store Front· Data Service Functions· Estimating· Presort· Digital Print Processes· Inserting Capabilities· Inkjet / Tab Process· Proofing· USPS Regulations· Prepress (graphics, artwork, and composition)· Paper & Envelopes· Inventory Management· Ability to train othersThe requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or three to eight years of experience in client services area; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
