Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining beautiful landscapes and providing exceptional lawn care services. This role involves various tasks related to groundskeeping, including lawn care, tree trimming, irrigation, and landscape maintenance. The Lawn Care Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular lawn care services, including mowing, fertilizing, landscaping, hardscapes, snow removal, Christmas lights, pressure washing and more.
- Conduct landscape maintenance tasks such as planting flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Build and maintain garden beds to create visually appealing outdoor spaces.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Assist with snow plowing during winter months to maintain accessibility for clients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred.
- Knowledge of groundskeeping techniques and best practices in landscape maintenance.
- Ability to operate hand tools and landscaping equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality work.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects when necessary.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- A valid driver's license.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
