SITEWORK ESTIMATOR/PROJECT MANAGER

Scenic Ridge Company is currently seeking an SITEWORK ESTIMATOR/PROJECT MANAGER.

Position interacts with clients and internal staff in the securing, purchasing, and management of construction projects.

Skill Requirements:

• 10 or more years of sitework construction experience (Excavation, Utilities, Asphalt Paving, Concrete, Design Build Projects)
• 5 or more years of sitework construction project management experience (Excavation, Utilities, Asphalt Paving, Concrete, Design Build Projects)
• Organized
• Strong personal character and integrity
• Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Familiar with permitting requirements for site excavation
• Independent decision making
• Confidentiality
• Work with minimal supervision
• Customer service
• Team player

Successful applicant will be required to work 8-10 hours in a field and shop environment and would be based on a 45 hour workweek.
