What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clarion County YMCA Property Manager position at Scenic Rivers YMCA?
The Property Manager is a vital member of the YMCA Team and reports directly to the Associate Branch Director. In conjunction with the policies and guidelines established by the Board of Directors, the Property Manager has the following scope of responsibilities:
1. Management of the YMCA grounds, physical facility and vehicles/equipment.
2. Supervise YMCA Housekeeping Staff and Groundskeeping Staff.
3. Assists with the preparation of and adheres to the approved budget for specific areas of the Clarion County YMCA.
4. Obtain bids from insured contractors for large scale projects.
5. Responsibility for building relationships with Building and Property Committee members as needed.
6. Exemplary customer service and modeling the core values of the YMCA.
7. Consistently evaluate cost-effective options and conserve resources in ordering and doing work.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIRED
1. Minimum of High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
2. Previous Experience – 3 years minimum experience in related fields.
3. Commercial Pool Operator preferred.
4. Pesticide Applicator license preferred.
5. Additional trade skills and certification a plus.
6. Ability to communicate effectively with others and work as a team player.
7. CDL preferred, may be eligible for YMCA-sponsored class.
8. Basic computer competencies: Microsoft Office, ordering supplies online, and other similar functions.
9. If above mentioned licenses/certifications are not possessed, willingness to be trained and obtain licenses and certifications as required for position is mandatory.
