Your Key Responsibilities

• Implements prototype standards, sets local methods and procedures accordingly, and coordinates and continuously improves all prototype operations to achieve KPIs, for an assigned area of non (sub-) segment related production (e.g. series production of samples, prototypes, tools, others).
• Implement methods, guidelines and procedures, and manage the production processes to achieve KPIs agreed.
• Ensure continuous improvement, renewal and maintenance of all prototype equipment (including tools) assigned.
• Ensure proper quality management and quality assurance operations.
• Ensure fine-scheduling, sequencing and approval of production orders, allocate resources, close or reschedule production orders, if needed.
• Continuously develop own organization, and strive for improvements in QCD.
• Recognize and react to technical or capacity roadblocks that may inhibit the timely completion of customer parts or reaching goals / objectives.
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or technical related field
• 5 to 10 years experience
• Experience in E-Mobility manufacturing processes and equipment preferably E-Motors and/or Hybrid Systems
• Proven problem-solving ability
• Extremely self-motivated & driven to achieve results
• Excellent communication ability (written & verbal)
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions
• External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
