During these formative years in Middle School, the students will have the invaluable opportunity to engage closely with their studies under the guidance of the Middle School Rosh Beit Midrash.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide academic instruction and serve as a spiritual mentor, helping students to explore their Jewish identity and nurture their personal growth over the course of three transformative years.
• Nurture and grow a small group of motivated and capable children (inside and outside the classroom) throughout their MS years.
• Create a dynamic learning environment with innovative course objectives aligned to curriculum guidelines.
• Assess student progress by preparing and grading assessments, offering feedback to guide learning.
• Participate in parent conferences, professional development, and faculty meetings to enhance school collaboration.

• Passion for educating teens: boys and girls.
• Flexibility and ability to work within an encouraging fast-paced environment where developing positive community relationships are critical.
• Bachelors degree equivalent required.
