With more than 45 employees and projects ranging from single sign installations to hundreds of signs at a single location, we design, manufacture, and install custom signage for our clients throughout Colorado.


Position Summary:

We are actively looking for a project manager who is a nerd for spreadsheets, can juggle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, and who is passionate about not only completing projects, but completing them on time and budget, while prioritizing quality. The primary objective of this position is to truly own projects from the beginning phases after contract execution through installation. It necessitates someone who leans into critical thinking, is dynamic and adaptable (able to pivot with changing work conditions), an outstanding and proactive communicator, and solid with problem solving. Our project managers are a differentiator for us, so they must be absolute superheroes, ready to step in and advocate for our clients and their projects.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Range: $90k-$110K

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Creates and executes project work plans and revisions as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Identifies resources needed and assigns responsibilities to crews and individuals supporting project tasks.
  • Proactively manages day-to-day client interaction after contract execution.
  • Manages day-to-day operational aspects of multiple projects with varying scopes.
  • Conducts field work, site readiness assessments, staking and other site preparation.
  • Prepares for client quality assurance procedures and reviews.
  • Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
  • Works with our accounting team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing, SOV review, change orders, and on-site receivables for their projects.
  • Understands basic pricing models and cost-to-completion projections and makes decisions accordingly.
  • Assists with completing project legal documents (RFI’s, submittals, etc.) and ensures they are completed on time and in accordance with the project schedule.
  • Identifies business development and "add-on" sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project and communicates these opportunities to the sales team.
  • Schedules and facilitates client meetings to coordinate with other contractors, trades, and scopes.
  • Participate in regular planning and status meetings with other teams, such as production and installation.
  • Keeps team members well informed of any project changes.
  • Reports on the health of their projects with key indicators.
  • Embraces the idea that our customers are long-term partners and has the intuition and personality to enhance that relationship.

  • Ability to read and understand construction and site plans and other documents.
  • Has the ability to set and manage client expectations.
  • Develops lasting relationships with clients and their personnel.
  • Can communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and proposes solutions to fulfill them.
  • Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
  • Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
  • Punctually performs follows ups to voicemail, email, and other forms of correspondence with internal teams, customers, vendors, and other subcontractors.


Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP Preferred).
  • 2 years of Project Management experience (Construction preferred).
  • Bachelor’s in construction management, Project Management or a related field (Preferred).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Procore, and CRM (Zoho, Salesforce) a plus.


Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's license
  • Pass drug and background screening

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
