**Cybersecurity Hub Leader for NAM**

This includes proactive threat management, risk reduction, and vulnerability management. - Lead and manage a team of OT/IT cybersecurity analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement in OT security operations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to enhance the cybersecurity posture of OT environments, aligning with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Oversee the monitoring, analysis, and response to cybersecurity incidents and threats affecting OT systems, ensuring effective incident management and resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including OT engineering, IT, and business stakeholders, to align cybersecurity efforts with operational requirements and business objectives.
- Establish and maintain OT-specific cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry frameworks.
