Schneider Electric Technical Project Manager Job Description
As a critical member of our project team, you will play a key role in delivering Building Automation System projects for Schneider Electric. Your responsibilities will involve managing and supporting project teams to ensure timely completion within budget and scope.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and support project teams to meet project goals and objectives on time, within budget, and within scope.
- E nsure the quality of project execution and documentation.
- Oversee financial management of project portfolios, including monitoring and controlling progress & budget, assessing and managing risks, and meeting customer satisfaction and project profitability.
- Maintain accurate project schedules and develop strong relationships with customers through excellent project execution.
- Contribute to the project managers community within Schneider Electric and resolve project-related issues through RFI's, field surveys, and documentation.
Requirements:
- A 4-year bachelor's degree or related experience preferred (e.g., Project Management, Business Management, Operations Management, Engineering, etc.).
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in the industry of Building Automation, HVAC, mechanical systems, electrical systems, or another technical related field.
- Understanding of and proficiency in project management skills, including excellent time management and organization skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, and financial acumen.
- Excellent customer service, strong written and verbal communication skills, influence and convince internal and external customers, and handle multiple demands and assignments.
