Schneider is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst in Green Bay to provide financial systems support and analysis on a broad spectrum of operational and financial issues. The Financial Systems Analyst will also take on month-end close responsibilities.

Responsibilities
- Test, debug, implement and support new and existing systems.
- Analyze operating procedures and policies and provide recommendations when appropriate.
- Provide input on re-engineering and streamlining opportunities for various departments.
- Implement new financial systems applications.
- Participate in the strategic planning of new technology.
- Ensure seamless execution between the general ledger and other financial systems processes.
- Establish processes and controls to ensure data integrity between applications.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or computer science.
- A minimum of three years of financial, operational or analytical experience.
- Advanced knowledge of automated financial systems, including Oracle.
- Strong analytical skills.
