Overview
The School District of Flambeau is accepting applications for the Buidling and Grounds Director position. This full-time, 260-day position is vital to maintaining the highest standard of conditions for the school’s buildings and grounds. The successful candidate will have prior work experience with building maintenance and possess a collaborative management style.
Responsibilities of the Building and Grounds Director Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Supervise, including assigning substitutes and extra custodial and cleaning staff assignments.
- Develop, manage, and oversee the maintenance budget.
- Organizes and implements a program of preventative maintenance.
- Facilitates inspections.
- Serves as the District’s Safety Coordinator.
