Seeking office manager/secretary/paralegal to join our small estate planning law firm in the near west end of Richmond, Virginia. Candidate will be responsible for the following core job functions: scheduling and greeting new and existing clients, managing client intake process, tracking conflicts, processing invoices and payments, managing our client database, paper and digital filing, closing files, office supply management, and building maintenance management. A candidate capable of efficient work has the opportunity to serve in a paralegal capacity including drafting legal documents.
Attention to detail is paramount, particularly with written correspondence, typing skills, and numbers.
Candidate should be proficient in Apple computing, Word, and Excel, be able to learn QuickBooks Online and be eligible to serve as a notary. Interested persons should provide a cover letter that includes a description of experience with the required software and available start date.

Pay: Competitive, and commensurate with experience
