About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced BCBA/LBA to deliver high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. The ideal candidate is motivated, skilled, and ready to work directly with clients, families, and school staff to implement individualized ABA programs. This position offers a flexible hybrid work model combining in-home, clinic, and school-based services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Oversee ABA Programs: Create and manage individualized ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs.
- Conduct Assessments: Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments such as VB-MAPP and ABLLS-R.
- Supervise RBTs: Provide leadership, training, and support to a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Collaborate Across Settings: Work closely with families, caregivers, and school staff to ensure consistency in ABA strategies and interventions.
- Monitor Progress: Regularly review client data, adjust treatment plans as needed, and produce detailed progress reports.
- Compliance and Documentation: Maintain accurate records and adhere to ethical standards set by the BACB and Arizona licensing requirements.
Qualifications
- Required:
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB.
- Licensed as an LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) in Arizona or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and practices.
- Experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and report writing.
- Preferred:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience as a BCBA in clinical, in-home, or school settings.
- School-based experience is a strong plus.
