SCI Sales LLC, is a Clearwater, Florida based company founded in 2002 manufactures, sells, and delivers wireless fleet & fuel management products and related services. Is looking for an Account Manager.
The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing client relationships, ensuring the efficient delivery of fuel management services. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge in fuel management systems, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to manage logistics, compliance, and operational requirements specific to the fuel industry.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients in the fuel industry, including fuel distributors, logistics companies, and large consumers of fuel (e.g., fleet operators, construction companies).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring all their fuel management needs are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Provide regular updates to clients on fuel management solutions, service performance, and any emerging industry trends.
- Oversee fuel supply logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery according to client needs and schedules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any fuel-related issues, such as discrepancies in deliveries, fuel quality concerns, or inventory management problems.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to fuel storage, dispensing, and environmental safety.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling additional fuel management services, including monitoring systems, fuel reporting, and tank monitoring solutions.
- Provide cost-saving recommendations and efficient fuel management strategies to clients.
- Manage contract renewals and negotiate pricing terms to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in account management or sales within the fuel, energy, or logistics industries.
- Strong understanding of fuel management systems, fuel logistics, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Experience with fuel management software or fleet management tools is a plus.
