Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow up baking schedules.
- Comply and follow company’s policies in regard to baking
- Understand proper use of all equipment including refrigerators, freezers, oven, and racks.
- Willing to learn detailed knowledge of bakery products’ lines
- Ability to be quick, accurate, and organized.
- Adhere to uniform and grooming policy as defined by company policy.
Job Qualifications:
- Ability to stand and work an eight (8) hour day or more.
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
- Ability to lift ten (10) to fifty (50) pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task in
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to perform other duties as assigned by Bakery Leader, Supervisor, and Managers.
