Scientific Calibration is a growing Biotechnology company located in Cary, N.C. seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to provide assistance with Accounts Receivables and other Bookkeeping tasks.

Job Summary
Scientific Calibration is a growing Biotechnology company located in Cary, N.C. seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to provide assistance with Accounts Receivables and other Bookkeeping tasks.
Responsibilities And Duties
Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Generate and distribute invoices using Quickbooks Online.
- Generate and distribute invoices through Customers' AP Portals as needed.
- Post customer payments by recording checks and credit card transactions.
- Create and complete daily Bank Deposits.
- Follow up on, collect, and allocate past due payments by calling and emailing customers.
- Overlook and maintain a healthy AR Report.
- Verify accounts receivable discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues.
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by remitting bill reminders.
- Forward payment receipt documentation.
- Maintain accurate and easily accessible files.
- Prepare/update Excel spreadsheets as needed.
- Quote and book travel for 50 employees as needed.
- Review expense reports for Traveling Employees
- Associates degree and 1-3 years of bookkeeping experience
- Must be self-motivated
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to handle confidential financial information.
- Proficient computer skills
- Experience with Quickbooks Online is a MUST!
- Proficiency with Excel is needed
- High volume workload
- Must be able to communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and colleauges.
- Job-specific training

- Associate's Degree
- Bookkeeping: 1-3 years
