Audio Support Specialist

Scion Technology has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Audio Support Specialist for our client, a managed services organization in Palm Beach Gardens, FL! In this role, youll bring your Audio engineering and technician skills to support clients systems including alarms, camera systems, phones, and streaming. This is a full-time, direct hire, onsite position with variable hours, and 1 day a weekend of work.

• Always at least 1 weekend day off! Schedule is Noon-8 pm, 5 on, 2 off (Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday)
• Compensation range is $46-56k, depending on experience

What you will be doing:

• Address tickets as they come into the system via phone, email, or chat; resolving issues as quickly as possible at a high level of customer satisfaction
• Assist clients with software and hardware related issues
• Follow standard operating procedures and departmental policies
• Recommend software/hardware improvements for clients based on reoccurring issues and possible enhancement of clients system performance

What you will need:

• Experience in 8 ohm and 70v audio configurations
• Experience with general IT network support preferred- VOIP, routers, switches, cameras, access points, etc.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting experience with Crown Audio hardware/software
• Experience with Denton and Hammond products is a plus
• Previous experience resolving issues hands on/in the field
• Excellent customer service and documentation skills
• Experience with ConnectWise PSA is a plus
