Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-person sales presentations for both residential and commercial prospects
- Generate new business daily and build a strong pipeline of B2B and B2C leads
- Measure, quote, and propose turf installation projects based on client needs
- Coordinate project logistics with installers and clients to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain detailed CRM records and effectively manage sales cycles
- Step in as needed to support basic warehouse operations and scheduling
Requirements:
- Excellent time management, organization, and follow-through
- Comfortable working with homeowners, contractors, and business clients alike
- Proficient in CRM systems and basic proposal development
- A collaborative, flexible attitude with a drive to succeed and grow revenue
