TeachStart creates a debt-free route into teaching and supports schools in the short and long term by placing TeachStart Fellows in substitute teaching roles while empowering them to attain a full teaching credential.We’re a growing start-up, and looking for an entrepreneurial and strategic Marketing Lead to play a key role in that growth.This year, TeachStart will : Train 500 new educatorsFill 62,500 substitute daysImpact over 40,000 students every dayAnd create $12.5 Million in wage growth for our fellows.The Role : Our goal is to 10x the size of our Teaching Fellowship in the next three years; we are seeking a Marketing Lead to play an essential role in making that bold vision a reality.The person in this role will be joining on the ground floor, and will play a key role in growing our organization and impact grow by : driving our brand strategy across recruitment, business development and growthrefining our brand positioning and developing a core set of assetsexecuting on marketing and communication initiativesmanaging external contractors (i.e. marketing / pr firms) to implement their visionThis is a full-time hybrid role, requiring some in person time.
