Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our SCOR support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT services to SCOR business users, including workstation deployment, printer service, and business application support. Key responsibilities include :
Responsibilities
- Responsible for working with the SCOR support team providing IT services to SCOR business users such as workstation deployment, printer service and business application support.
- Working as a member of the SCOR IT technical team responsible for providing virtualization technologies to SCOR
- Perform necessary security patching of Windows servers during communicated maintenance windows
- Deliver IT Service and Support corresponding to the Global Support Team Service Level Objectives and KPI reporting as agreed upon with IT Management and the business teams.
- Provide first level end user support on SCOR defined Hardware and Software, troubleshoot in coordination with SCOR 2nd Level support or 3rd party support.
- Tracking of technical support cases within provided Service Management application and ensure adequate ticket classification and timely ticket fulfillment.
- Provide support for local video conferencing infrastructure
- Provide local video meeting support for SGL global meetings
- Perform asset management for IT equipment for the Charlotte office
- Perform necessary security patching for VMware infrastructure for the SCOR group
- Provide assistance with maintaining global VMware infrastructure
- Provide IT assistance in a hands-on manner for local hardware replacements and upgrades
- Perform Office 365 license administration tasks for SCOR group
- Perform Office 365 administration troubleshooting assistance for SCOR group
- Perform Hardware relocation requests including cabling, desktop / laptop computers, monitors, telephone hardware, video conferencing systems, and other IT related equipment.
- Procure IT equipment based upon SCOR global hardware catalog and policies.
- Maintain order and cleanliness of hub Server room
- Provide support for all IT audits pertaining to the Americas hub office
- Monitor Americas Support desk phone queue in order to provide support to SCOR Americas business units
- Provide on-call duty support responsibilities for Americas helpdesk
- Aide in Business continuity testing process for Americas hub.
- Coordinate and execute the IT Account Management tasks (New employees / SCOR contractors, access right modifications, departures, etc.)
- Other tasks as assigned

Pay Range for roles performed in Chicago : $95,500-$113,000 base salary per year. Actual salaries may vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, role and performance. The range listed is just one component of SCOR's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives. Salary : $95,500 - $113,000
