As a Woody Plant Buyer, you will play a vital role in sourcing and procuring trees and shrubs from nurseries. - Sourcing and procuring trees and shrubs from nurseries, ensuring quality, quantity, and variety meet project requirements.
- Negotiating pricing and terms with suppliers, leveraging expertise to secure favorable deals.
- Conducting site visits to inspect plant material stock, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Managing inventory of trees/shrubs to ensure timely delivery to project sites, minimizing delays and maximizing efficiency.
- Collaborating with procurement managers and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
