Position Overview:

• Prepare products for powder or liquid coating.
• Identify, locate and setup parts to be processed.
• Blow off sand or debris.
• Wash products using a power washer.
• Move pallets and parts between wash and powder coating line.
• Operate a forklift
• Every employee is expected to:
• Complete all required paperwork including labor reporting and documentation of quality control and material movement.
• Work safely and maintain the work area with high standards of housekeeping.
• Perform self-inspection and other required quality control functions at the employee’s workstation.
• Perform required Preventive Maintenance activities on machinery and/or equipment operated.
• Lifting requirements:
• Frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Lifting devices are available and recommended.

Schedule:

• Four 10-hour days
• 1st shift - Monday to Thursday from 5:00am to 3:30pm
• 2nd shift - Monday to Thursday from 3:00 pm to 1:30 am

Pay and Benefits:
