Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Mass Appeal in Green Bay, WI. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone calls with professionalism, communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and assisting with executive-level tasks. Clerical skills will also be utilized in organizing and maintaining office operations.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Clerical Skills such as organization and data management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in customer service or office administration is a plus
