Construction Cleaning: Team of 2 working as Independent Contractors (1099)

Scrubs Cleaning Pros is actively seeking cleaning teams to partner with us. Our independent contractor teams make great pay for their hard work! We work with builders on the cleaning of newly built homes. We are looking to add a team that consists of 2 people that would ride together each day to complete the jobs. We have an office in Dayton, and we work all around the Cincinnati and Dayton area. We are currently looking for a team that can work mostly in the Cincinnati area. The areas that we service will change as new neighborhoods open and others finish out. Previous cleaning experience is strongly preferred. Our current teams average making $1500 - $2000 per week. So, the per person average is $750 to $1000 per week. This can vary depending on the amount of work that you can handle each day and how much work there is available.

We're looking for high-quality cleaning professionals who:

· Have previous cleaning experience in residential or construction

· Take pride in and are dedicated to their work

· Are reliable, responsive, and professional

· Own a reliable vehicle and have the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment to complete the job

Equipment/Supplies Needed

· Shop Vac with HEPA filter and attachments

· Vacuum with HEPA filter

· Mop

· Broom and dustpan, push broom also recommended

· Spray bottles

· Stainless Steel Polish

· Scrubbing Brushes

· 5-in-1 Tools

· Microfiber Towels

· 4-inch scraper

· Window mop and squeegee

· Pole for window equipment to clean exterior windows or ladder

· Step ladder

· Barkeeper’s Friend

· No Ammonia Glass Cleaner

· Garbage bags, contractor bags recommended

· Mud boots are recommended, but a 2nd pair of shoes will also work

Duties/Responsibilities

· Be at first job by 10:00am

· Sweeping

· Mopping

· Vacuuming

· Climbing a ladder

· Surface cleaning

· Window cleaning

· Putting trash into a dumpster

· Mopping

· Trash pick-up

· Driving between jobs

Requirements

· Physically demanding/Labor intensive job

· Must be physically able to handle working in extreme temperatures occasionally

· Lift up to 25lbs occasionally

· Be able to work independently but function as part of a larger team

· Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation

· Must be dependable and have good attendance

· Be able to bend, squat and maneuver constantly for extended periods of time

· Have a vehicle that can hold the necessary equipment needed

· Must have a smartphone with a data plan to use our mobile app to get and complete jobs

· Must be 18 years of age or older

· Must possess attention to detail

· Must provide own cleaning supplies & equipment

· Provide proof of general liability insurance

Pay: $1,200.00 - $2,000.00 per week

Schedule:
