Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Relationship Management : Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Strategic Planning : Develop and implement plans to support Motorola's growth objectives .
- Sales and Inventory Management : Accountable for achieving sales and inventory targets, as well as continuous improvement of the end-to-end supply plan process.
- Demand Planning : Forecast customer demand and manage the order book.
- Market Analysis : Analyze customer sell-through trends and market data to inform decision-making.
- Order Processing and Tracking : Ensure accurate and timely processing and tracking of customer orders.
- Product Allocation and Availability : Manage product allocation and availability to meet customer requirements.
- Communication and Coordination : Lead and present during weekly conference calls with both internal and external customers. Coordinate with the factory production team to oversee product life cycles from beginning to end.
- Reporting and Documentation : Utilize spreadsheets, PowerPoint, and other organizational software to manage data and present findings.
