Duties
- Supervise daily operations of the restaurant or bar, ensuring efficient service and customer satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and manage kitchen and front-of-house staff to enhance team performance.
- Assist in menu planning and inventory management to ensure optimal food quality and availability.
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards in all food service areas.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback to maintain a positive dining experience.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement operational improvements and cost control measures.
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing, inventory tracking, and reporting purposes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry is essential, with a focus on restaurant or bar settings.
- Proven team management skills with experience as an assistant manager or in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership abilities to motivate staff and drive performance excellence.
- Knowledge of food service management practices including staff training and development.
