Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staffing Central Supply/Staffing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will administer the distrubution and inventory of resident care supplies and assist in preparing nursing department work schedule.
Responsibilities
- Inventory and stock supplies maintained at nurse's station in supply points, distribute appropriate supplies; record inventory.
- Order, receive, and restock in accordance with procedures.
- Prepare Nursing Department work schedules/daily assignments and find call-in replacements in order to meet corporate, state, and federal staffing guidelines.
- Answer phones, assist visitors and residents and relay communications.
- Other special projects and duties, as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proven experience in staffing, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet and Intranet navigation.
