We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to join our team as a General Manager of Dining Services. This is a full-time position requiring weekend availability, and commensurate with experience starting at $79,000 annually.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our mealtime preparation, service, and kitchen operations, including menu development, inventory management, and staff supervision.
About the Role
This senior-level position involves managing the dining program through meal service, menu development, preparation, and financial responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in multi-unit foodservice management and be certified as a Dietary Manager (CDM) or equivalent within 6 months of hire.
The successful candidate will be responsible for hiring, supervising, and training the dining and kitchen staff, coordinating with the clinical dietitian, and ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations.
