Job Purpose The Human Resources Coordinator will provide administrative support for the HR Department and effectively coordinate administrative tasks deemed necessary by the HR Department.
Duties & Responsibilities • Actively participate in HR programs including new hire orientations, employee training, company events, benefits enrollment and administration, leaves of absence, payroll processing, etc. • Filing all HR related documents into the appropriate file. • Order company lunches. • Entering employee information into the HRIS and payroll system. • Data entry into benefit portals. • Order and issue employee uniforms. • Verify correct billing for employee uniforms. • Assist with employee verification. • HR tracking and reporting. • Maintain and update social media accounts. • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications / Competencies • Education: o High school diploma or equivalent required. • Years of Experience: o 0 – 3 years of experience. o Previous administrative experience preferred. • Job Knowledge: o Intermediate level experience in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel and Power Point). o Experience with HRIS system preferred. o Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Personal Competencies: o Flexible and responsive to work collaboratively in a VERY fast-paced business environment. o Must display a professional demeanor at all times. o Visibility of work requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information. o Bilingual : English and Spanish.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements • Substantial movements (motion) of the wrist, hands, and/or fingers in a repetitive manner. • Sedentary physical activity performing non-strenuous daily activities of an administrative nature. • Must be able to walk the shop floor up to sixty minutes per day. • Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items, works with the fingers, and perceives attributes of objects and materials. • Well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation. • Exposed to outdoor elements, loud noises and moving machinery and uneven terrain.
