Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with data collection for HR metrics and reporting.
- Utilize HR software such as Salesforce and Kronos for tracking employee information and time management.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and preparing necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with various departments to address HR-related inquiries and foster a positive workplace culture.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources or related fields is preferred.
- Strong understanding of recruiting processes and performance management systems.
- Familiarity with change management principles and human capital management strategies.
- Proficiency in data collection methods and HR software applications (Salesforce, Kronos).
