We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of administrative, new hire, and applicant duties to support our HR department. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to our employees and applicants.
Key Responsibilities :
New Hire Duties :
- Send offer letters through ADP and manage necessary forms
- Coordinate onboarding dates with all necessary department
- Create helpdesk projects for onboard
- Coordinate necessary background screenings and conduct reference checks
- Schedule new hire onboarding and send related information emails.
- Facilitate HIPAA training
- Manage projects in ADP and applicable helpdesk software
