Technical Sales Support Coordinator

HEICO is currently recruiting a Technical Sales Support Coordinator for its New Product Development Group (NPDG), located in Tampa, FL.

Overview

This position will be part of a team of technical sales and supply chain/materials management professionals and will work within the Supply Chain/Sales Organization focusing on preparing and driving customer related technical documentation to aid in commercial parts' approval and sale, in support of the Sales & Procurement Support Supervisor. The position may also be required to provide additional support to the director of Program Management & Strategic Sourcing as well as various supply chain personnel as needed.

Core Responsibilities

• Interfaces with multiple inter-organizational team members with main objective to prepare and coordinate the submittal of, and track, customer data packages, including provisioning and tracking of sample parts.
• Supports preparation of monthly sales related summaries for review with senior leadership staff and sales force.
• Research aircraft technical publications (IPC's, AMM's, CMM's, etc.) for required technical documentation.
• Update and maintain various sales data reports.

Requirements

• Well-developed communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey information and ideas clearly and concisely.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (emphasis on MS Excel and Power BI) and Portable Document Formatted Files (PDF).
• Strong time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize, balance, and manage multiple items while maintaining strict attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
• Learns quickly when facing new challenges; open to change; strives for continuous improvement of self and processes.
• While limited, the position may require occasional travel.

Experience

• Bachelor of Arts/Science degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or Technical related discipline (Preferred).
• Aviation-related experience and familiarity with aircraft technical documentation is a plus.

To succeed, the candidate will need to be self-motivated, detail-oriented, have a positive attitude and strong work ethic, and is comfortable navigating and contributing to a dynamic office environment with a wide range of interpersonal styles and perspectives. Additionally, the candidate will need to possess the ability to effectively articulate findings while demonstrating a strong proficiency in computer applications and software relevant to the role.
