Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various installation tasks, including flooring, drywall, and masonry work. As an Installer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Duties

• Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to determine installation requirements.
• Perform installation tasks including flooring installation, drywall hanging, tile laying, and masonry work.
• Utilize caulking techniques to ensure proper sealing and finishing of installations.
• Conduct construction estimating to assess project needs and materials required.
• Ensure all installations are plumb and level for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while on-site.

Experience

• Proven experience in construction or installation roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with various construction techniques, including plastering and masonry.
• Ability to perform tasks related to caulking, tile laying, drywall installation, and flooring.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.

Pay: $1,502.00 - $1,937.00 per week
