General Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our roofing and siding company. This role involves managing each job site, coordinating material logistics, conducting drone roof inspections with homeowners, and undertaking various tasks to propel business growth. The ideal candidate will be a driven leader, eager to take on challenges and drive our company to new heights.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily operations across all job sites.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
• Communicating with homeowners during active jobsites to ensure that they are happy throughout the process.
• Run materials to job sites as needed and ensure all teams are well-equipped with any requested materials that they may need.
• Conduct detailed drone inspections of roofs with homeowners who are looking to get roofing inspections and walk them through any damages found.
• Meet with homeowners to discuss and plan project specifics and updates.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve long-term business goals.
• Lead, motivate, and support onsite teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Facilitate smooth completion of jobs
• Do additional tasks that are required to help grow the business

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar managerial role, preferably in the construction, roofing, or siding industry.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in the processes of roofing and siding, including drone operation for roof inspections.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships with business partners, clients, and staff.
• Eagerness to learn about the roofing and siding processes to further educate customers and become knowledgeable in the field.
• Knowledge of industry safety practices and regulations.
• Dedication to growth of a company that they will be profit sharing with and a true passion for building a business of importance
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a keen attention to detail.
