- Handle travel arrangements for business and personal trips, ensuring seamless logistics
- Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
- Assist with event planning, both professional and personal, including team offsites and client entertainment
- Anticipate needs and handle personal errands to make daily life more efficient
- Oversee the setup and ongoing management of the new Houston office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Maintain office supplies, coordinate vendor services, and manage facilities-related needs.
- Handle invoices, expense reports, and document preparation (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Organize and maintain confidential files and records
- Act as the point of contact for office service providers, ensuring timely and professional support
- Assist in planning client meetings, team gatherings, and business functions
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
